Photoelectrochemical H-Type Cell (Teflon body)

A photoelectrochemical H-type cell is a dual-compartment reactor designed for light-driven electrochemical studies, mainly suitable for alkaline conditions. It features two chambers separated by a membrane or porous frit, preventing product mixing while allowing ion transport. One side houses a photoactive electrode exposed to light, enabling reactions such as water splitting, CO₂ reduction, and organic oxidation.
